Adam Todd Stephens, 31, passed away September 18, 2015. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Louise Bond and his grandfather Chester Stephens. He is survived by his daughters, Alanna Acey Lynn Stephens and Aubree Ann Louise Stephens; father, Bruce (Susan) Stephens; mother Lori (John) Ingram; sister, Melissa (Rick) Behymer; brother, Joshua Stephens; step-brother, Max Ingram; and step-sister Melissa Homan and niece, Paislee Behymer. A Celebration of Life will be held Weds. Sept. 23 from 4pm – 8pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home and Crematory, 5950 Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45230.
