Freda May Carroll, 90, of Highland Heights passed away peacefully on September 20th at Florence Park Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Carroll. Freda is survived by her son, Steven (Deborah) Carroll, her granddaughter Kristy (Dean) Abner and her sister Mary Opal Lane. Services will be held Monday, September 26 from 11 am until the time of service at 1 pm, both at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will take place immediately afterwards at Floral Hills Cemetery.
