Survived by daughter, Cynthia Holcomb; sisters, Debbie Simpson (John Zellner), the late Dodie Allen and the late Peggy O’Connor; brothers, Terry Bader (Mary) and the late Robert Surber; in-laws, Ginny Surber, Randy Simpson, Carter Allen; grandchildren, Angela Toovey (Randy), Jennifer Holcomb (Michael Bryant), Jason Holcomb (Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Christian Toovey, Nicholas Toovey, Cody Bryant, Alex Holcomb, Kaitlyn Bryant, Patrick Toovey, Samuel Bryant, Emma Holcomb, Ellianah Toovey; nieces and nephews, Sarah Pelfrey (Chris), Shannon Simpson (Erica), the late Matthew Bader, Michael Surber (Marcie), Melissa Kappel, Rick Surber (Joan), Michelle Surber, Jackie Surber; extended nieces and nephews, Hadley Pelfrey, Henry “Hank” Pelfrey, and Audrey Kappel. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 7 from 4:00 pm until time of service at 6:00 pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45230.
