Joan Withrow passed away March 20, 2017 at Highland Springs Care in Ft Thomas, KY. She was born in Beckley West Virginia on January 8, 1929 to Mae and Lee Withrow. She was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers and is survived by her husband Kenneth of 67 years and her children Christie Carter, (Dan) of San Diego, Barry of Edgewood, KY and granddaughter Ashley Green(Neal) of Durbin, Ca. Known far and wide as Aunt Joan she was a wonderful hostess and loved to entertain guests at her home, she will be missed by her entire family. Graveside service will be at Evergreen Cemetery on March 31, 2017 @ 2:00. Fares J Radel Funeral Home Newport serving the family.
