Marcella Virginia Moreno (formerly Majors; nee Ronshausen) died August 25, 2014 at the age of 72. She had been valiantly battling AML since the end of May. She was born September 12, 1941 in Coshocton, Ohio to Edward & Madolyn Ronshausen. Marci spent her adult life in Cincinnati, Ohio after attending U.C.
Marci leaves behind a beloved husband, Tom Moreno; daughters Tracy Flowers and Lisa Majors, grandchildren Kyle Lucas, Gabrielle Majors, Adrienne Majors, Brooklynn Flowers, Sydney Flowers, Max Berry, Jack Kelley, Brooklynn Moreno, and great-grandson Liam Leonard V; step-daughter Shelly Moreno, step-son Brett Moreno, sister Connie (David) Schmitt, and brothers Jim (Joan) Ronshausen, Greg (Barb) Ronshausen, and Tex Ronshausen plus countless other friends and family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward & Madolyn Ronshausen, brother Al Ronshausen, and sister Pat Hughes. She was a loving and dedicated nurse, mother, wife, grandmother, sister, and friend.
She lived her life to the fullest and her loving ways touched so many lives from family to friends, to employees to patients to co workers to strangers where she volunteered. Hers truly was a Life Well Lived.
Visitation & memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 30th with visitation 1-3 and services and reception from 3-5pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home on Kellogg Ave. Donations should be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or Valley Interfaith Lockland in lieu of flowers.
