Maribeth Patterson, 64, suddenly passed away on October 14, 2014 at her home in Mariemont.
She leaves her sister, Sharry Addison (Harry), Larry Patterson of New York City, her nephew Stuart, niece Traci Camacho (Ty) great nieces, Caroline Camacho and Camryn Camacho.
Very special long time friends in Maribeth’s life, Martha Scott, Marianne Craccciolo, and Melinda Rea will miss the many happy times spent together at Bengal Games, art shows and Crossroads Church.
Maribeth received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and Masters in Marketing from Xavier University. She spent her career in marketing with Western Southern and Union Central Life. In later years Maribeth was a freelance writer as writing was her talent and love.
She spent many years with Cincinnati Music Theater and Mariemont Players. Among other roles, her highlight was playing Lucy in Charlie Brown for Mariemont Players.
Maribeth and Martha Scott worked together for years on the WCET Action Auction and became real pros at auctions for other charities.
Maribeth spent many years as a volunteer for Kids Club at Crossroads Church in Oakley and enjoyed being there whenever possible.
Services will be held Saturday October 18 at Crossroads Chapel in Oakley. Visitation will be at 9:30 followed by service at 10:00. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Maribeth’s name to Crossroads Church in Oakley.
