FUGATE
Thomas M., 43, of Newport, KY passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Ft. Thomas. He is preceded in death by his sister Dawn Austin, father Thomas Crutchlow and mother Kathleen Joyce Fugate. He is survived by his son Thomas A. Fugate, step-sons; Lawrence D. Kephart and Anthony D. Kephart; sister Tammy (Ricky Isaacs) Fugate; brother Roy (Hope Rupard) Fugate and girlfriend Barbara Ann Rogg. A celebration of life will take place 2 p.m., Sunday, July 12 at Alexandria Community Park. Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport serving the family.
