Timmy Burke, 67, of Dayton, Ky passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, January 7th, 2017. Timmy is survived by his loving wife Eileen Burke, 3 step-children, 4 children, numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren, and 1 brother. Timmy bravely fought for his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army serving 6 campaigns. He was awarded both the Purple Heart and the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry for his courageous and selfless service. Timmy had a private service at Radel Funeral Home in Newport, Ky and was laid to rest at St. Stephens Cemetery in Ft. Thomas, Ky on January 13th, 2017 with the assistance of the U.S. Military Honor Guard.
