Elizabeth J “Betty”, 78 of Cold Spring passed away April 9 at Care Spring Nursing Home, Ft. Thomas. She is preceded in death by her son Thomas Carl McIlvoy. Betty is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Carl McIlvoy, children James McIlvoy and Paula (Stephen) Bishop, grandchildren Landan Nienaber, Kaela McIlvoy and Alyssa Bishop and great grandson Liam Nienaber.
