Gladys Lee Gregory May 23, 1932 - December 23, 2020

Gladys Lee Gregory (aka “Granny”) entered eternal life on Tuesday, December 23, 2020. Her spirit is carried on by her daughter; two grandsons, ten great grandchildren and extend family and friends of every walk of life.

We were blessed by the many moments shared during her 88 year; those she touched directly & indirectly; and the endless trail of treasured memories.

Granny shined her brightest when surrounded by grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.  Although the Dementia had affected her daily life for decades, she would vividly remanence about childhood memories of West Virginia and knowing Patsy Cline. She was a creative spirit all through her life and while the sewing machine had been retired many years ago, she was still producing some of the most beautiful cross-stitch pieces.

Granny enjoyed many of her senior days with her friends at Active Day.  She loved the parties, crafts, field trips and always came home with a purse full of find-a-word search books and lollipops.

Throughout her waning health she continued to share her infectious sweet, carefree nature (and dash of color) with everyone she met.  She couldn’t remember your name, but she always said, “I love you”.

She is survived by her: daughter Marcellia Sharmane Gregory; grandsons Sjonte Gregory & Damen Gregory (wife Stephanie); Great Grandchildren Tyler, Jialen, Maleah, Isaiah, Taylor, Dominic, Jasmine, Jayda, Layla, & Aroyala friends and extended family too numerous to list but not forgotten.

Granny is reunited with her son Roy S. Gregory and granddaughter Amanda L. Hadden and predeceased by nine siblings.
