Patsy Helen, 73, of Highland Heights, passed away on Sunday June 7, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood. She is preceded in death by her parents Ray Deaton and Grace Gully, also her sister Edith. Patsy is survived by her daughter Barbara Ann Herald and son David Lee Haynes. Patsy retired from Newport Police Department’s traffic control. Everyone knew and will miss Mrs. Patsy Haynes! Visitation will be held Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Services will be 11am Friday, June 12, 2015 at the funeral home followed by burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
