Loving wife of 60 years to Felix George Witt; loving mother to Pamela S. St. Peter and Tim St. Peter, Vickie L. Wren and Russell J. Wren II, Donna L. Fenner; grandmother to Nicole M. Green and Brady Green, Ashleigh Taylor and Chris Pappas, Travis D. West, Arleen J. Wren and Peter Shell, Russell J. Wren III, Sean D. Fenner and Tyler L. Fenner; great-grandmother to Alexandra N. Green, Sophia Maher, Maxwell Pappas, Heidi Owens, Olivia Rose Shell, Hannah Owens; sister to Grace Osborne, Jerry Osborne and Jim Osborne.
Preceded in death by her parents, Nellie and Renee Asher; brothers, Arbert, Arnold, Mack, Ernest, Norman, and Burton Asher; son-in-law, David W. Fenner and brother-in-law, Otis Osborne.
Rose loved to spend quality time with her family, fishing, and visiting her hometown, Hyden, Kentucky. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, March 31st from 4:00 pm until time of service at 7:00 pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45230.
