“For me, creating art is a celebration of the life, light and love that surrounds and nurtures us. I think of my art as ‘light dancing’ and hope to continue to explore and experiment.”

Kitty was one of the best professors I had while I was at Xavier. She was incredibly talented, yet so humble about her beautiful work and was always passionate about sharing it with others. Kitty cared so much for her students and always made us feel welcomed and loved in her classroom. She had so much patience working with us, and always had something kind to say about everyone’s art pieces. She will be forever missed within the Xavier Art family.
