Michele Caren (Minor) Pfeffer, age 71, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, with her loving family at her side.
Michele was born on February 5, 1954, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late John Daniel and Elsie Karen (nee Pedersen) Minor. She pursued her passion for education at the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a degree in Education. Over the course of her career, Michele made a lasting impact as a teacher, coach, Personal Care Assistant, and through her dedicated service for many years as the Office Manager at the CPA firm Anneken, Huey, and Moser, a job she loved.
On July 25, 1981, Michele married the love of her life, the late Ronald Lee Pfeffer, with whom she shared a deeply devoted and enduring marriage full of many adventures. Together, they raised two wonderful sons, Daniel Jon and Christopher Lee Pfeffer, who were the pride and joy of her life.
Michele was the cherished twin sister of Carol (Minor) and the late Denny Jones, Linda (Minor) and Donnie Tobler, and John and Jenny Minor. She was a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews, whose lives were enriched by her warmth and wisdom.
A woman of many passions, Michele was an avid reader, animal lover, and an enthusiastic football fan. She was deeply involved in her community and her church, Horizon Community Church, where she was a greeter for many services. Michele enjoyed Bible Study, Women’s groups, and made many wonderful friends. She always enjoyed offering her time and heart to causes she believed in.
Those who knew Michele will remember her for her boundless kindness, quick wit, and unwavering support of those she loved. Her presence filled a room with love, a lot of laughter, strength, and such a sense of joy.
A celebration of Michele’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation to a charity of your choice in her honor.
Michele’s legacy of compassion, dedication, and love will live on in all who were fortunate enough to know her.

October 10, 2025 at 12:02 amI’ve been trying to contact my dear friend and no response, I mailed her a note, no response. I looked up obituaries, my gut was right, unfortunately. When we first met it was immediate friend love. We were connected. Oh, how I’ll miss her.

I had every intention of visiting her, we always talked about going to the Sauerkraut festival. Oh, How I will miss you my dear friend.
