Nellie Louise Napier (nee Long), 67 of Newport, Kentucky passed away January 17, 2026 at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents Carl and Marlene (nee Faller) Long. Survived by her loving children Natisha (Brad) Severson and Kyle (Cheryl) Napier and grandchildren Lily Severson, Ellie Severson and Kaiden Napier. She will be dearly missed by her loving siblings Debbie Watts, Larry (MaryJo) Long, Linda (Dave) Cunningham, Carl Long, Jr, Pauline (Ron) Gies, Carol (Dale) Constable, Peggy (Tim) Henn, Sandy (David Conway) Turner and Lisa (Ron) Brossart and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 10am until time of service at 1pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial to follow at Grandview Cemetery.
