Amy S. Creamer, age 70, of Alexandria, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2026. Amy is survived by her sons Jacob R. Creamer and Thomas P. (Lesley) Creamer; grandchildren Kaylie, Emma, Conner, Jude, and Rigby. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael R. Creamer, siblings Peggy Lawrence, David May, Joseph May, and her parents. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 10am until time of service at 1pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Newport. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
