Barbara A., 71 of Cold Spring passed away May 18 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. She was a production technician at Proctor & Gamble. She is preceded in death by her son Michael Webb and grandsons Robert Andrew and Andrew Robert Webb. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, James Cooper, sons Robert Webb, Robert Cooper and James (Charlene) Cooper, II, daughters Terry (Tim) Marcum, Patricia Webb-Pullano and Diane (Donald) Records, 17 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, brothers Gene, Wayne and Billy and sisters Melba and Ginny. Visitation will be held Wed, May 22 from 10am until time of service at 1pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
