Barbara S, 67 of Southgate passed away Jan 29 at her home. She is survived by her son Shane (Rachelle) Gabbard, daughters Karen (Alex) Hill, Kelly Coomer and Chastity Mullen, 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brothers Shawn (Nancy) Fulmer and Charles “Corky” (Kitch) Fulmer, sister June Davis and many nieces and nephews. Memorials are requested to Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, in memory of Barbara Fulmer, 822 York St, Newport, KY 41071. Visitation will be held Fri, Feb 1 from 11am-1pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial at EvergreenCemetery.
