Bessie K. Brewer (nee: Whitaker), 72 of Newport passed away Oct 11 at her home. She is survived by her husband of 48 yrs, Homer Brewer, daughters Jennifer Brewer and Christina (Joel) Farley, 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, brothers Clarence, Jr. and George Whitaker, sisters Carolyn Myers and Barbara Burgess and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Fri, Oct 14 from 11am until time of services at 1pm at NaomiPrimitiveBaptistChurch, Tarridge Rd, Rogers, KY. Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport serving the family.
