Billie (Pompilio) Russell, 71 of Newport passed away Dec 18th at her residence. She is preceded in death by her son Michael A. Pompilio. Survived by sons Mark and Anthony Pompilio, daughter Trina Pompilio Phillips, 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, sisters Terri Deaton and Mike Raleigh, brother Kip Mason and many nieces and nephews. Donations are requested to Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 822 York St, Newport, KY 41071. Visitation will be Wed, Dec 21 from 10am until time of service at 1pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial at St. Stephens Cemetery.
