Connie Radel September 21, 2011

Connie Radel (nee O'Connor), age 57, 
passed peacefully surrounded by family 
and friends on September 15th, 2011 at 
her residence in Cleves, OH. Connie will 
be dearly missed by her long-time, loving 
companion Dwayne Alvarez. She is survived 
by her daughter Katie (Ben) Stewart (nee 
Radel), son Fares J. "Buddy" (Michelle) 
Radel, mother Marian O'Connor (nee 
Seyfried), brother Patrick (Nancy) O'Connor, 
caring friends Kristen Alvarez, Virginia 
Despard and long time pet Snarfy. 
Preceded in death by father William 
"Bill" O'Connor. Memorial donations 
can be made to the Good Samaritan 
Hospital Foundation, 375 Dixmyth 
Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. A 
Celebration of Life will take place at 
the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 
Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, OH on Wednesday 
September, 21. Visitation will be held 
from 5:00-8:00pm with services at 8:00pm.
