Howard, Constance, passed away July 1, 2011. Loving mother of Tom Howard. Dear sister of Lauralie Sager. Beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews. Constance is preceded in death by her husband, Dexter Howard, her parents Martha and William Sharp, sister Rita Deaton and brother Ronald Sharp. Services at the convenience of the family.
