Curtis Travis Moore, 48, passed away on February 21st, 2021 at Frankfort Medical Center. Curtis was born on June 10th, 1972 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Lynda Sue Johnson and Curtis Jewell Moore Jr. Curtis attended Withrow High School in Cincinnati. He worked as a chef for most of his life, he also enjoyed playing music, singing, and writing. He was most proud of being a father to his two beautiful sons, Cloud and Lyric. In addition to his parents, and his sons, he is survived by his loving sisters Lisa Moore Partin (Brad), Shannon Moore Charles (Brian) and Annette Walker-Russ (Robert) his nieces Sara McPherson-Jenkins (Josh), Kama Loren Charles and Janiyah Russ, Great Nephews, Colton, Cash, Cael, Zach and Colby and Great Niece, Avery. Curtis also leaves behind loving cousins, aunts, uncles and tons of friends who loved him dearly. A gathering will be held on Thursday, March 4th from 6-8pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home at 5950 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230.
