Daniel William Langenheim (July 27, 1936 – December 20, 2017) born in Cincinnati, Ohio to his loving parents, Arthur W. Langenheim and Ruth L. Langenheim nee Kiehborth. He was married to his wife, Jane Anderson for 48 years. Dan enjoyed his long and fulfilling career as a Civil Engineer. He was the president of Langenheim and Thomson Company. Dan was a member and supporter of the Association of General Contractors and Allied Construction Industry. He was a truly remarkable man and will be greatly missed. Dan is survived by his devoted family: wife, Jane Anderson Langenheim; son, David (Jenny) Langenheim; daughter, Denise (Mike) Ferro; grandsons, Alex Moenck and John (Emily) Langenheim; granddaughters, Kristy (Elliot) Long and Laura (Tony) Urbanelli and great-granddaughters, Isabelle and Kori Long. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Ruth Langenheim. A Celebration of Dan’s Life will be held Saturday, January 27th at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Ave Cinti, OH 45230. Family and friends are welcome to arrive at 12:30 pm, service will start at 1:00 pm. The Langenheim family requests memorial donations be made Dan’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Cincinnati, 644 Linn St, Ste 1026 Cinti, OH 45203.
