Debra Joe Kahrs, 64, of New Richmond, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Hospice of Cincinnati- East. She leaves behind her loving husband, Scott Kahrs; children, Bobby Daughtery, Scott Jay Kahrs II and Brayn Kahrs; grandchildren, Maddison, Georgia, and Aurora, A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 6:00pm until the time of service at 8:00pm.
