Donald R “Pap” Robertson, 88 passed away peacefully on Jan 16, 2019. Survived by wife Georgene, daughters Lori (Ed)Wright and Karen (Chad) Aylor. Grandsons Christopher(Julia) Wright, Cory Wright, two great-granddaughters Jaelyn and Olivia. He is also survived by his sisters Carolyn Rosenthal, Ann(Bill) Berry, brother Bobby Robertson and many more family.
Pap always put his family first, making sure everyone had what they needed before himself. His grandsons and great granddaughters were the joy of his life and what kept him going. He never missed an an opportunity to talk or brag about them. Don had wonderful friends and neighbors as well. He was always willing to help out when needed whether to change a tractor tire or just “supervise.” He never knew a stranger either, he could carry on an honest conversation with his dry, quick wit, and you would leave his friend.
Cremation has been chosen and Fares J. Radel Funeral Home is assisting the family. No visitation and a private family service will be scheduled at a later date. In leiu of flowers please send donation to Ronald McDonald House Cincinnati.
