Elisha Combs Jr., age 68, of Newport, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022. He was born on May 14, 1953, in Newport, Kentucky, to the late Elisha Combs Sr. and Stella Turner. Elisha worked in construction for many years. He is survived by his son Buddy Combs III; daughter Tanya Combs; siblings Eddie Lee Combs, Nicki Combs; special friend Jamie “Raquel” Noe; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 from 11am until 1pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Newport. Services will follow at 1pm on Tuesday at the funeral home, with interment at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
