Frances M. Taylor, 64 of Newport passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, March 25, 2019 at her home. She is preceded in death by her brothers Allen “Red” and Doug Hopper. Fran is survived by her dear husband Mark J. Taylor, daughter Carol Lightfoot, grandchildren Charles Boles, Jr, Megan L. Buemi and Ashli N. Buemi, great-grandchildren Alaya F. Wehrle and Dawson Wehrle, sisters Linda Adkins, Patricia Lane and Goldie Hopper, brothers Stanley Hopper and Todd Hopper and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, March 29 from 10am until time of service at 1pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
