Freida M. Howard, 79 of Dayton passed away Dec 10 at St. Elizabeth, Ft. Thomas. She is preceded in death by her husband Else “Earl” Howard and son Scott Simmons. Freida is survived by her loving children Sandra Graham, Richard (Reba) Graham, Tina Richardson, Carol Ann James and Kimberly (Sam Johnson) Howard, 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. It has been expressly requested that no cameras or cell phones by admitted into the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital. Visitation will be held Thurs, Dec 14 from 11am until time of service at 1pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
