George Deidesheimer, 84 of Wilder, KY passed away April 30 at Highland Springs, Ft. Thomas.  He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Anne (nee: Brandstetter), children, Elizabeth (Boyd) Shaffer, Martha (Juan) Garcia and Meg (Wilbert) Merzilus, grandchildren, Katia and Christian Merzilus, Morgan and Brenna Shaffer and Adam Garcia, sisters Helen Temming and Mary Lou Toelke, brothers, Donald (Joyce), Joseph (Carol) , Raymond (Carol) and James (Marlene) Deidesheimer.  He is preceded in death by his sisters Evelyn Epure and Jeanne (Ralph) Janzen and brother Richard Deidesheimer.  George was a volunteer for many organizations including Our Daily Bread and the Hosea House Soup Kitchens and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.  He was a graduate of Xavier University and an accomplished duplicate bridge player and director.  Memorials are requested to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.  A memorial mass will be held Monday, May 7 at 11am at Bellarmine Chapel Xavier University.  Fares J.
