Imogene Palma, 79 of Newport passed away Nov 13 at the Baptist Convalescent Center. She is preceded in death by her mother Patsey Knox and father James Rogers. Survived by her sons Billy Ray Sparks and Richard Sparks, grandchildren, Andra, Dawn, Nikki, Heather and Sahsa, great-grandchildren Bailey, Christian and Dylan, sisters Ethel Hall, Pauline Davidson and Kathleen Romeu and brother Calvin Rogers. Visitation will be Wed, Nov 16 from 6-8pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Services will be Thurs, Nov 17 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
