Ira L. Martin, Jr, 81 of Newport, KY passed away December 9, 2022 at SW Ohio Hospice. He is preceded in death by his wife Janice Martin. Survived by his loving daughter Mechell (James Freeman) Martin, grandson Zachery Martin and granddaughter Jessica Martin.
