James ‘Jim’ Kroner, 82, passed away on November 23rd 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio following a sudden medical event. He was born on November 10th, 1943 in Cincinnati to the late James Sr. and Elizabeth Kroner (Steinker). Jim attended McNicholas High School and graduated in 1961. He married Donna (Hofmann) on August 28th, 1965 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Anderson Township, Ohio. Jim started working in printing at age 18, having spent most of his career at CJK in Fairfax, Ohio, before retiring in 2005. In his spare time, he enjoyed sitting on the porch at his home, watching the busy street with a cold beer in his hand and faithful dog by his side. He is survived by his wife, Donna, and his children Jeff (Ann), Steve (Jenny) and Kevin (Lori), as well as his four grandchildren: Maya, Ben, Jacob and Becca. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Betty, as well as siblings Danny, Davey and Diane. A celebration of life will take place at a later time.
