Jerry Richard Douglas, Sr., age 84, of Deer Park, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021. He was born on January 5, 1937, in Jellico, Tennessee, to the late Charles and Ella (Murray) Douglas. Jerry was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Cincinnati Milacron, after a long career there. Jerry is survived by his sons Jerry Richard Douglas Jr. (Bobbi Jean) and Jim Ledford (Angie); grandchildren David, Daniel (Devon), Shannon, Michaela, Brennan, Tyler, Kaden, and Aubrey; great grandchildren Paisley and Liam; and brother James Douglas. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wilma Sue (Gilburth) Douglas, his second wife, Elizabeth Ann (Ledford) Douglas, his sisters Charlene Bennett, Elizabeth Davenport, and his parents.
