Blankenship, Joseph Nick 74, passed away April 25 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Beloved husband of Esther Blankenship. Best friend and father to Scott and Brian Blankenship. Special daddy to his two stepdaughters Denise Daugherty and Vallarie Van de Venter. Dear brother of Patricia Baxter and Terry Blankenship. Loved and admired by his grandchildren Brad, Nicole, Alex, Ashley and Brandi. Fun loving and giving to his two great grandchildren Shawna and Dana. Joseph was a member of Lodge 163 of KY F&AM, Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, Cambell County F.O.P., The American Legion, the Bob White Club and NRA. Joseph attended Christ Baptist Church in Cold Spring and was a life member association of the United States Army. Visitation will be held Friday, April 27 from 5-9 pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring. Service will be held on Saturday, April 28 at 10 a.m. at Christ Baptist Church, 3810 Alexandria Pk. Cold Spring.
