Lou Ann Toppin (nee Hoffman) 93, of Alexandria, Kentucky passed away December 7, 2023 at St. Elizabeth, Ft. Thomas. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert W. Toppin. Lou Ann is survived by her children Lisa Toppin, Michael R. (Cathy) Toppin, Ken Toppin and her loving niece Marita (Gordon) Norberg. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 10am until time of service at 12 noon at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial to follow at Floral Hills Cemetery.
