Margaret “Turner” Stamper , 79, of Highland Heights. Ky , died on Oct 15, 2011 at Lee County Care and Re-hab Center, Beattyville, Ky. Margaret served on Highland Heights City Council for 13 years. She was a member of the Highland Heights Baptist Church and was a Substitute Teacher. Margaret was greatly loved by her family and friends. Margaret was the daughter of the late Steve & Pearl Turner of Breathitt County. She was proceeded in death by her husband Raymond Stamper of Highland Heights and brother Conley Turner of Rousseau , Ky. She is survived by one son Terry Stamper, a brother Marshall Duke (Patsy) Turner of Booneville, Ky., a sister Dorothy (Fred) Riley of Highland Heights, Ky. and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wed, Oct 19 at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Cold Spring from 10am until time of service at 1pm. Interment will be at St Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas Ky.
