Marguerite Ruth Swing, age 89, entered into rest on Thursday, March 27, 2014. Born on December 24, 1924 in Covington, Kentucky, “Maggie” was known as a speech pathologist for Northern Kentucky Easter Seals, a Body Recall instructor for the Ft. Thomas YMCA and a patron of the musical arts. She follows in death her adoring husband, Robert Knauf. She is survived by her loving children, William Glenn, Linda Ann (Teuschler), Margaret Louise, and Nancy Elaine. Devoted grandmother to Meredith, Julie (Basin), Vanessa (Cochran), Natalie (Fitch), Rachael (Teuschler), step-grandmother to Catherine (Corbett) and Michael and John Teuschler and great-grandmother to Ilya and Viktoria Basin, Willow Cochran and Johnathan Teuschler. Visitation from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Sunday April 6 at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home in Newport Ky. Funeral service at 10:00 A.M., Monday April 7 at Highland United Methodist Church, Ft. Thomas, KY.
