Marilyn L. Serger, age 73, of Cincinnati, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021. She was born on January 30, 1948 in Cincinnati, to the late Carl and Eugenia Roberts. Marilyn is survived by her beloved husband, James E. Serger; children James E. (Gina) Serger, Jr. and Andrew J. (Jessica) Serger; dear grandchildren Cassidy, Amanda, Alexandra, Johanna, and Maggie; siblings Barbara (the late Charles) Canterbury, Carl (Sue) Roberts and Julie Roberts; seven nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 9am until 10am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 7820 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45255. Funeral Mass will follow on Friday at 10am, at the church. Inurnment at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the ALS Association.

June 26, 2022 at 3:16 pmI recently learned of Marilyn’s passing and have been deeply saddened by the news. She was a wonderful woman with a great sense of humor, fabulous interior designer and a ball of energy. I always enjoyed talking with her and working with her. She had the best sense of color and I think of her as I look around my home at all the paint colors she chose for us. She is missed. May she Rest In Peace.
