Mary Dolores (Dee) Morrow October 20, 1928 - February 5, 2020

Mary Dolores (Dee) Morrow, 91 of Mason, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at The Lodge Care Center in Loveland. Mary was born on October 20, 1928 to the late Ralph and Grace Moher. She is preceded in death by her husband, Deuwin  Belmont “Monty” Morrow. Dee is survived by her brother John (Sara) Bertams “Bert” Moher, her children, Jennifer (Frank) Palmer Scanzillo, Mary Denise Palmer, Ralph Jeffrey Palmer and stepchildren Jeff (Patti) Morrow and Elizabeth Carver ; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends. She enjoyed a good laugh, a good song and the occasional “adult beverage” with her new found friends at the Lodge Assisted Living Community,  her associates from McAlpins (now Dillard’s) where she worked in Human Resources for many years and her High School classmates. Dee  was  asked to be  a vacation stand-in  for Sis Camp and others on the Paul Dixon Show in the 1950’s;  one  of the many highlights of her lifetime.

A Celebration of her Life  will take place at a later time. Mary’s final resting place will be next to her beloved husband Monte at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens in Palm Harbor, Florida.

    Sorry to hear of “Aunt Dee’s” passing. I have great childhood memories of time at her and Uncle Monte’s house hanging out with the cousins. May she Rest In Peace.

    Mom, it’s been 2 weeks since you passed. I miss you and wish we could have one more conversation. You were loved by so many. I’m so sad yet so grateful to have had you in my life for so many years.
