Nancy E Bittner, 71 of Ludlow passed away April 30, in Clearwater, FL.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond.  Survived by sons Michael (Sandra) Evans and Darryl Evans, daughter Lisa (Rick) Dowell, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Tues, May 10 from 5-8 pm at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport.  Services will be Wed, May 11 at the funeral home. Burial at St. Stephens Cemetery.
