Nancy Schlank, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. She was born on February 8, 1955, in Lorain, Ohio, to the late Mayo George Wood and Lilibeth Glick. Nancy spent most of her childhood in Wellington, Ohio. She later attended and graduated from Ohio State in 1976, with a bachelor’s in accounting. Nancy married Gene Schlank in 1981, at Xavier University. She enjoyed gardening, cross-stitching, cooking, and spending time with Gene. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Gene; siblings John (Diana) Wood, Dan (Judy) Wood, Tom (Donna) Wood, Susan (Dan) Stanger, and Robert (BJ) Wood. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 5pm until 8pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Kellogg. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10am at St. Anthony of Padua.
