Raymond Michael Wayne Gibson, age 39, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. He was born on June 23, 1984, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Raymond Gibson and Kimberly J. Gibson. Michael graduated from Western Brown High School, and later attended Clermont County College, in 2003. He married Casey Nicole Gibson on January 3, 2011. Michael worked as a laborer and carpenter for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed football, baseball, and basketball. He loved playing with his children and enjoying nature. Michael is survived by his parents; brother Jonathan Gibson; grandparents Charlie Gibson and Patricia A. Clark; spouse Casey Nicole Gibson; daughters Alyssa (Ian) Schmidt, Kaylee Shay Ann Gibson; son Xander Michael Ray Gibson; grandson Weston Michael Schmidt; uncles Eugene (Judith) Gibson, Jimmie W. (TT Clark); great aunt Carol Clark and Clay and Marty Large; and many first and second cousins. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents James and Hattie B. Meyers and Ike and Elizabeth Moses, grandparents Eva M. Gibson and James W. Clark, Sr., uncles Chuck Gibson, Ricki Gibson, Michael Anthony W. Gibson, great uncles Jerry Clark, Jack Clark, Ronald Mack, Jeffery Mack, John Randolph Mack, great aunts Martha Corman, Ruth Felts, Ruby Nugent, Gene Wagner, Margie Rowland, first cousin Charlie (Bear) Gibson III, second cousin Jeffery Mack, Jr., and many more. A gathering will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 4pm until 8pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Kellogg. Services will begin at 7:30pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the funeral home or his parents.
