Herking
Robert J “Bob”, 67, of Anderson Township, died Monday, August 27, 2012 at his home. He is survived by his wife Victoria Herking (nee Vollmer); Sons Robert A. (Erin) Herking and Brian J. (Colleen) Herking; Sister Naomi Rybolt; Grandson Griffin Herking; Granddaughters Ava, Finley and Megan Herking. He was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and served in the United States Air Force. He was a husband, father, grandfather, neighbor, and friend, in addition to being a real estate broker and appraiser. He was quick with a joke or a story, and left a legacy of laughter with those who knew him. A Memorial Mass is planned for Thursday, September 6, 2012, 10:30 a.m. at St. Rose Church on Eastern Avenue. The Herking Family will greet friends and relatives beginning at 9:00 a.m. prior to the mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org<http://cancer.org>) and the SPCA Cincinnati (spcacincinnati.org<http://spcacincinnati.org>).
