Ronald “Ron” E. Sailing, age 87, passed away on March 29, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on April 18,1934 in Caldwell, Ohio. Ron graduated from Purcell High School. He worked as a driver for Rainbo Baking Company. Ron was also the owner of Ron’s Drive Thru and Sebree’s Drive In Restaurant in Roachester, Ohio and the Engine House Inn in Norwood, Ohio. He loved boating, waterskiing, and bowling. Ron was generous to family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Roger and Russel, and sister Marlene Oswald. Ron is survived by his son Dave Sailing (wife J), daughter Linda Richardson, grandchildren Kristen, Briana and Nicholas Sailing and Michael, Keith (wife Erin) and Nicole Richardson and four great-grandchildren.
A gathering will be held on Friday April 1, 2022, from 12pm until1pm, with a memorial service to follow at 1pm, at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, 5950 Kellogg Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230.
