Ruby F. ‘Fran’ Whittlesey, 84 of Clermont County, OH passed away peacefully on October 1, 2017, at Hospice of Cincinnati Anderson. Formerly of Fort Mitchell, KY. She retired from the Drawbridge Inn. Fran was preceded in death by her husband, Edward A.Whittlesey, son Noel Whittlesey, 3 sisters and parents. Fran was a devoted mother to David Whittlesey, Michael (Marty) Berryman, Linda (Mike) Burke, Ed (JoAnn) Whittlesey, Marie (Kerry) Bensing, Greg Whittlesey and Amy (Joe) Glassmeyer. Cherished grandmother of Christy, Donnie, Erin, Nick, Zach, Jason, Jeff, Stefanie, Christy, Elizabeth,Jesse, MaryAnn, Bridgette, Austin, Courtney, Colby, Cooper, Joey and Addison, and a great-grandmother of 14. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 4 that the Highland Cemetery Chapel in Fort Mitchell, KY from 2:00 – 3:00 PM.
