Ruth A. Borcher, age 71, of Bellevue, Kentucky, passed away on November 19, 2025, peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. She was born on July 17, 1954, in Covington, Kentucky, to the late William A. Borcher and Shirley J. Overman. Ruth worked in retail for nine years, before being employed at ComAir for 32 years. For the last 11 years, Ruth worked at Flagship Communities, which she loved. In her spare time, Ruth enjoyed reading, crafting, and volunteering. Ruth is survived by her sister Mona (Scott) Ramey-Hall; brother Tim (Belinda) Borcher; nieces Allison and Lyssa Ramey, who affectionately called her Auntie Roos; aunts; uncle; and “some kind of” cousins. She will also be missed by her four-legged nephews, Bogey, Knox, and Tater. Ruth was preceded in death by her cousin Barb, best friend Barb, her parents, and many aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 11am until 1pm at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home-Kellogg. Services will follow on Tuesday at the funeral home at 1pm with Father Cleves officiating. Burial at St. John Cemetery.
