Stephen Kremer, 74, passed away on April 28 at Hospice. He was born on January 29, 1947 in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Max and Kathleen (Marsh) Kremer. Steve attended Ohio University and graduated in 1970 with a BSEE. He was an entrepreneur, consultant, educator and inventor with patents for medical devices. He enjoyed vintage dancing plus making and rebuilding musical instruments. He is survived by his sister, Peggy (Lee) Roesch and nephew Patrick (Shawna) Roesch. He was preceded in death by his loving and caring companion, Dr. Margaret Andrews. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O.
