I am so sorry to hear about this. My sincere condolences go out to Thadd’s family. We can be comforted knowing that one day we will reunite with our relatives in Heaven and live eternally together in happiness. May God guide Thadd into everlasting life and bring him peace.

It has been my absolute pleasure to work with Thadd. Though we only worked a short time, he knew exactly how to brighten my day. He was always so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable with Human Resources matters. My heart breaks that he is no longer here. He was certainly a joy to know. I had the privilege of serving as Thadd’s academic advisor when he started at Mercy College of Ohio, and then later talking with him as we founded an honor’s society for first-generation college students like himself. I can distinctly remember meeting with him on Zoom for the first time.. despite being hours away I felt his warmth and energy. I continued to feel that kindness as we touched base over time, which I can see from the posts here was just his way. Sending my deepest condolences to the Thadd’s family and friends as they mourn his loss.
