Thomas F. Chapin “Lip”, 69, passed away on August 13, 2023, in the wonderful care of Hospice of Cincinnati. He was born on August 1, 1954, in Hamilton, Ohio, to the late Francis Chapin and Evelyn Bolser (Parman). Tom was the proud Daddy of Tara Chapin (Jason Walsh). A proud member of the Iron Horsemen MC Nation. He is survived by his former wife and lifelong friend Cheryl Williams. He also was the brother to Linda Keller, Jim Bolser, Patti (Ray) Wurtzler and Scot (Cindi) Bolser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Tom attended Ross High School and graduated in 1972. Tom owned his own industrial catering truck for 25 plus years, before retiring. Tom was preceded in death by Rhonda Hensley his special friend, and many IHMC Brothers. A gathering will be held on August 21, 2023, from 11-1 at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Homes & Crematory 5950 Kellogg Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45230.
